As a Process Engineer, you will develop, optimize , and sustain the semiconductor processes that drive yield, quality, cost, and productivity by solving complex technical challenges and partnering across equipment, integration, manufacturing, and supplier teams. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, optimize , and sustain fabrication process steps for yield, quality, cost and productivity
- Drive step-level process changes, validate new technology node readiness, evaluations and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Investigate yield and defectivity issues by tracking process performance with methods like FMEA, 8D, SPC, FDC, APC
- Apply data analytics to prevent recurring issues and minimize production downtime
- Manage qualifications and process control plans
- Hit production targets during ramp and transitions, and protect cycle time, throughput and product quality
- Partner and collaborate across functions (Process, Manufacturing, Facilities, Quality, Maintenance teams) to resolve issues
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Shown through education, internships, research, military, manufacturing, or professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree or advanced certification in a related technical field OR equivalent technical military experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Experience with SPC, FDC, FMEA, 8D
