- Develop and implement procurement and supply-chain strategies for engine program
- Manage supplier technical performance, qualifications, and non-conformance resolution
- Partner closely with Program teams and the engine company to align priorities, resolve technical and schedule issues, and support production/readiness activities
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing and Logistics to ensure production readiness and resolve supplier-related technical issues
- Identify and mitigate supply-chain risks (capacity, single source, obsolescence); maintain forecasts and supplier scorecard
- Manage engine allocations to support baseline production requirements and emergent needs

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
- 5+ years of experience performing research and analysis on processes, applications, systems, and data to identify functional requirements for application or system design
- 2+ years of experience with business process modeling, process management, integrated systems thinking, and/or process improvement methods
- 2+ years of experience in SAP or other ERP system implementations
- Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally 25%
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Level 4: 9+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
- 9+ years of experience performing research and analysis on processes, applications, systems, and data to identify functional requirements for application or system design
- Ability to integrate cross-functionally
- Experience driving execution with evolving information
- Ability to communicate change status and risk to leadership
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
