Position Responsibilities:
- Lead a supply chain team supporting BCA Supply Chain, Fleet Chief Office, and in-service airline customers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Programs, Customer Support, Design Engineering, Production Supply Chain, Value Stream Integration, Warranty, and Boeing Global Services.
- Use supply chain expertise to remove barriers, resolve issues, and strengthen stakeholder trust and satisfaction.
- Engage directly with operators to improve customer satisfaction and supplier performance.
- Manage and resolve contract disputes related to supplier obligations.
- Provide training to airlines on their contractual rights with Boeing suppliers.
- Address complex commercial and technical issues.
- Develop and execute strategies that improve speed and reduce financial impact to Boeing and operators.
- Support Regional VPs, Customer Support, Supply Chain, and Program leaders through strong communication and project management.
- Prepare executive-level presentation materials for program reviews, airline executive meetings, supplier reviews, industry conferences, and other customer or supplier engagements.
- Negotiate Product Support and Assurance Agreements, M6 Manufacturer's Warranty Agreements, and spares pricing and terms and conditions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Directly manage a team of Procurement Agents supporting in-service customers.
