Our Team

The Ads Platform team builds the advertising systems and integrations that powers the delivery of ads using our world class content delivery ecosystem. We deliver ads in a manner that’s thoughtful of our member’s viewing experience and drive great outcomes for advertisers. We also ensure that advertiser brand safety is ensured during serving, members only see the most appropriate ads for them and Netflix’s advertising policies and contracts are thoroughly enforced.

Our team is new and yet faced with the ambitions of building highly performant advertising systems and delivering high impact to our business by monetizing our incredible slate of content. As one of the newest entrants in the Connected TV advertising space that’s rapidly growing, we seek to build unique value propositions that help us differentiate from the competition and become a market leader in record time. 

We are looking for  a Product Manager to lead the development of user interfaces and workflows for partner/supplier onboarding, lifecycle management, tax setup, and dispute resolution.

Job Responsibilities

The PM will have following responsibilities: 

  • Strategic Financial Planning: Defining the end-to-end finance and billing strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, regulatory compliance, and developing a financial product roadmap.

  • Partner and Supplier Management: Establishing compliant and scalable processes for onboarding, managing the financial lifecycle, including collecting necessary tax documentation, and verifying banking details for global payouts.

  • Customized Partner Portal: Designing secure portals as the single source of truth for partners to track invoices, disputes, withholding taxes, and payment history.

  • Complex Payouts: Orchestrating global advertising revenue payouts using rules-based logic, managing multi-currency transactions with dynamic FX rates, and ensuring compliance with international banking/AML standards.

  • Automated Dispute and Refund Management : Implementing scalable, automated workflows to handle financial exceptions, credit card chargebacks, and financial clawbacks with minimal manual intervention.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Acting as the central liaison for ad billing with Engineering (technical requirements), Product/Design (user experience), Core Finance/Accounting (GAAP/IFRS compliance), and Sales/Sales Operations (contract accuracy).

  • Agentic workflows : Develop and design self-service (agentic) workflows for the full partner and supplier lifecycle, encompassing onboarding, ongoing management, and issue resolution/troubleshooting.

Candidate Experience
  • Industry Expertise: Requires 5-7 years of product management experience, preferably in advertising or ad technology. Experience with supply-side, partner billing, and designing user experience products, especially those utilizing AI Agentic workflows, is strongly preferred.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of ad delivery systems, integrations, user interactions, system workflows for designing user interfaces, usability testing including AI driven workflows

  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights to drive product decisions.

  • Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, with a strong ability to adapt to new challenges and opportunities.


Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $310,000.00 - $545,000.00.

We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
