Own product strategy and execution for Wyze’s Never Wonder initiative, transforming smart-home data into personalized AI-driven insights and recommendations. The role translates concepts into requirements, milestones, features, experiments, and launches; collaborates with engineering, design, research, hardware, software, and leadership; uses customer feedback and metrics to prioritize improvements; and independently drives cross-functional delivery in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
At Wyze, we make smart home technology accessible to everyone. We're known for disrupting markets with high-quality, affordable products - from cameras to lighting to sensors and more. We believe technology should simplify life, not complicate it. We’re a fast-moving, customer-obsessed team driven by curiosity and powered by data.
We are launching Never Wonder, a strategic new product initiative to transform how people experience their homes. Never Wonder will turn raw smart-home data into personalized, AI-driven insights and recommendations — helping customers never wonder what’s happening, what to do next, or how to get more out of their homes.

- Drive day-to-day product decisions with limited oversight, identifying gaps, removing blockers, and maintaining momentum across initiatives
- Translate broad business goals into concrete features, experiments, and launches that create customer and business impact
- Work effectively within ambiguity, helping move ideas from approximately 60% defined to fully realized customer solutions
- Coordinate with hardware, software, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of product roadmaps
- Use data, customer insights, and operational metrics to evaluate product performance and inform prioritization decisions
- Serve as a force multiplier for the team by increasing execution velocity and helping the organization move faster

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to align teams and drive decisions
- Comfort operating in situations where strategy is partially defined and execution excellence is critical
- A bias toward action and a track record of turning ideas into shipped products
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with teams in China
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building or launching AI-powered products, features, or workflows
