As a Product Manager you will be responsible for shaping Insitu's products. - Works with senior leadership, Engineering, Program managers, Strategy and/or Business Development to enact the overarching development strategy and coordinates capability development to establish a product definition which delivers integrated capabilities to support business objectives.
- Monitor and maintain competitive intelligence assessment;
- Implements the evolution of capabilities and advances the architecture of existing systems or emerging subsystems and technology.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, requirements, white-papers.
- Achieves goals for productivity, quality and customer satisfaction. Prioritizes team inputs, aligned to an integrated technical and/or product roadmap, to ensure business, technical and customer requirements are achieved.
- Reviews plans' execution, makes appropriate adjustments, and resolves issues in collaboration with Product Line Manager(s) and Chief Engineers.
- Develops and executes process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
- Monitors, demonstrates, documents and reports the product's implementation, timelines, budgets, issues, risks, risk mitigation and successes to stakeholders.

- Develop and monitor product lifecycle strategies, sustainment and obsolescence oversight.

- Technical bachelor's degree and 14 or more years related work experience or a master's degree with 12 or more years of related work experience.
- A technical degree is defined as any four-year degree, or greater, in mathematics, sciences or technologies.
