The Toast Product Marketing team is responsible for connecting the Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to inform product development and bring new products to market through customer segmentation, value-based messaging, sales knowledge transfer, and cross-functional marketing activation. In this high-impact team, you will gain substantial senior leadership exposure and the opportunity to drive long-term customer and shareholder value at a hyper-growth company.

As the Product Marketing Manager for Enterprise, you will have the opportunity to drive go-to-market (GTM) and go-to-customer (GTC) strategy for Toast products and services used by the world’s largest hospitality brands across restaurants, hotels, entertainment and institutional foodservice. You will partner closely with the Enterprise Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to define how Toast positions, messages, sells and markets both its existing suite of products and new AI-driven offerings for the Enterprise hospitality market. You will lead and collaborate on initiatives relating to product launch and lifecycle, campaign planning, customer stories and proof point development, while using qualitative and quantitative insights from customer and market research to inform our long term Enterprise product roadmap and growth strategy. 

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of bringing products designed for large, complex customers to market, driving cross-functional alignment and leadership, and strong critical thinking and analytical skills.


A Day in the Life (Responsibilities): 

  • Lead go-to-market strategy, launch processes, and stakeholder management, and influence product development for new Enterprise-focused products, features and services
  • Serve as market and sector expert on the needs of Enterprise restaurant, hotel, entertainment and institutional foodservice organizations
  • Partner with Enterprise Product and Finance teams to develop initiatives to drive efficient product adoption and ARPU growth
  • Partner with Enterprise Sales and Customer Success to identify and create compelling customer stories backed by validated metrics and proof points
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Sales Enablement to drive sales productivity through product knowledge transfer, seller collateral, and value-based talk tracks

 What you’ll need to thrive (Requirements):

  • 5+ years of combined experience in product marketing, product management, operational roles, finance, sales or strategy consulting.
  • Strong ability to navigate complex and ambiguous situations across a fast-growing organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of developing high-quality content for external executive audiences 
  • Demonstrated proficiency in leading cross-functional partnerships with diverse teams to develop strategic plans and achieve desired goals
  • Data-minded with strong analytical capabilities
  • Proven ability to uncover and deeply understand the needs and desires of customers and translate those learnings into product and go-to-market strategies

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience in B2B product marketing roles focused on large enterprise prospects
  • Experience marketing AI-driven products
  • Experience implementing AI tools to improve internal processes and accelerate business outcomes
  • Experience in B2B sales enablement
  • Previous restaurant, POS or enterprise software industry experience

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.
