I'm Olivia Goldin, Manager of Product Success at Teamworks. My team works directly with collegiate athletic departments to ensure our Performance products are adopted and embedded into the daily workflows of the performance staff we serve. Our goal is to reduce silos within performance departments and help registered dietitians, strength coaches, sports scientists, and athletic trainers work as a connected team around the athlete.

We're adding three Product Success Managers to our Collegiate Performance team: one focused on Nutrition, one focused on Strength and Conditioning, and one focused on High Performance. Each role carries primary ownership of its core product while also developing working knowledge of the broader Performance ecosystem. Our Performance suite is growing, our collegiate footprint is expanding, and we need people with real field experience who can connect with the practitioners they support.

The Role
  • Own the full implementation and onboarding cycle for collegiate partners on your primary product (Teamworks Nutrition, Teamworks Strength and Conditioning, or Teamworks High Performance) from kickoff through active adoption, while developing fluency across the broader Performance ecosystem and its integrations

  • Build and manage a growing portfolio of collegiate partners, maintaining proactive communication, tracking engagement, and identifying early signals of risk or opportunity

  • Drive product value beyond implementation by uncovering ways to deepen how partners use the platform in daily decisions, team meetings, and interdisciplinary workflows

  • Own the full partner lifecycle, including renewal preparation, expansion outreach, escalation management, and coordination with Customer Success and Sales on account health

  • Contribute to internal process improvements by flagging what's working and what isn't, and taking on specialty areas or internal initiatives as you grow into the role

What I'm Looking ForWhat You Must Bring
  • Active Registered Dietitian credential (Nutrition role), CSCS and/or SCCC certification (S&C role), or relevant sports science or athletic performance background (HP role)

  • Meaningful collegiate athletics experience, with enough time on the ground to understand how performance departments operate, what pressures staff face, and how decisions get made across a season

  • Hands-on experience with at least one Teamworks Performance product or similar software in a collegiate or professional setting

  • A track record of building strong relationships in high-trust environments with coaches, administrators, or performance staff

  • Comfort with pace and ambiguity; the ability to adapt without losing focus on partner needs

  • Strong communication skills in both directions: translating platform capabilities to practitioners and bringing partner feedback back to internal teams clearly

Even Better If
  • Exposure to or working knowledge across the full Teamworks Performance ecosystem, including Nutrition, Strength and Conditioning, and High Performance

  • Background in account management, SaaS onboarding, or customer success

  • Cross-disciplinary experience working alongside RDs, strength coaches, or sports scientists in a shared performance department

Why This Role

This role is built for practitioners who know collegiate athletics from the inside and want to apply that experience in a different capacity. You'll work alongside a team with similar backgrounds, supporting hundreds of programs across the country rather than one. The problems you'll be solving are the same ones you've faced on the floor or in the training room, just at a different scale.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
