Overview
OverviewWe are seeking a Principal Program Manager with deep expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) and a strong foundation in QA Test Engineering to lead global, enterprise-scale programs supporting a subscription-based connectivity platform.
This role owns the end-to-end customer and revenue lifecycle, including service activation, billing, invoicing, payments, and subscription management, while ensuring high-quality delivery through rigorous QA practices.
You will lead a portfolio of complex, multi-region programs, building capabilities from 0 → 1, and establishing scalable systems, processes, and quality engineering frameworks that ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Manage critical eCommerce programs with cross-functional visibility.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (standups, retrospectives, PI planning, and sprint reviews).
Coordinate deliverables, dependencies, and milestones across teams.
Report on progress, risks, and dependencies to executive leadership.
Maintain program dashboards, roadmaps, and stakeholder communication plans.
10+ years of experience in program management or enterprise transformation.
Deep understanding of Agile / SAFe frameworks and product lifecycle management.
Proven success managing multiple technical workstreams concurrently.
PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
