- Role Summary: As the Windows Consumer Category | ROB and Project Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the Windows Consumer Category Planning Team follows key Rhythm of Business processes and calendars to achieve key deliverables and milestones. You will contribute to strategic planning, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support the execution of key projects and initiatives.
4. What are the key responsibilities?
- Driving and managing the 18-month planning calendar for the Windows Consumer Category Planning Team.
- Collaborating with team members to build workstreams and ensure visibility across teams.
- Ensuring adherence to the CSO org-wide seasonal planning calendar and participating in planning team motions.
- Managing alignment calendars and processes with Surface, M365, Product Marketing, Channel Sales, and Device Partner Sales.
- Providing support to the Silicon lead in Silicon partner planning rhythms and execution.
- Driving planning team meeting agendas and fostering a positive team environment.
5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?
- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of overall experience in the field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong project management experience, including cross-team collaboration and partner-facing communication skills.
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in consumer electronics space, especially with Intel, web md, and AI PC.
- Prior experience in PC Gaming for Windows CSO.
