3. Summary of the opportunity
- Client Overview: We are hiring for Microsoft, a leading technology company known for its innovation and global impact.
- Role Summary: As the Windows Consumer Category | ROB and Project Lead, your main objective will be to ensure successful leadership and follow-through for CSO for Silicon partnerships with Intel/AMD and Qualcomm. You will drive key planning moments with Silicon partners to ensure ecosystem alignment on core initiatives, foster collaboration, and drive business growth.

4. What are the key responsibilities?
- Lead all ROB across Intel/AMD/QC, including meeting agendas, scheduling, and attendees
- Fully onboard QC and AMD to Windows Category planning ROB
- Deliver half-yearly and quarterly planning meetings for Intel, AMD & QC
- Deliver updates to Project Steel for Intel and guide campaign plans and claims for all regions
- Continue to land & drive devices & co-marketing alignment with AMD
- Begin program with QC to align on co-marketing and devices
- Lead agreement development for Intel & AMD co-marketing and vendor support
- Coordinate efforts with DPS and Surface for a One Microsoft story
- Participate in xLOB discussions including events, disclosures, and ROB
- Drive programs/projects from project initiation through delivery
- Interface with clients on technical and business issues
- Create and review multiple functional specifications for decision-making
- Provide Product Managers & Product Unit Managers with technical and analytical information
- Organize cross-functional activities to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
- Provide program/project schedules and status reports

5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?
- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
   - Minimum 10 years of experience in the field
   - Experience in CSO, DPS, BG, or at a Silicon, OEM, or Retail partner
   - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
   - Powerpoint expertise
   - Project manager experience, cross-team collaboration, self-management, and partner-facing strong communication skills

- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
   - Experience in Intel, web md, or consumer electronics space
