- Client Overview: We are hiring for a large consumer sales enablement organization that focuses on supporting experimentation in digital stores.
- Role Summary: As the Experimentation Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing experiments for the Experimentation program. You will collaborate with marketing team partners, define test designs, and deliver reports on insights gained from the experiments. The role requires strong project management skills, strategic planning capabilities, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
4. What are the key responsibilities?
- Plan and execute tests for the Experimentation program.
- Gather requirements for new experiments from key stakeholders.
- Finalize experiment readouts and post them to the central repository.
- Review analyses of completed tests and provide actionable recommendations.
- Search and analyze past experiments to enhance the overall impact of the experimentation program.
- Run reports for planning and status check-ins.

- 5-7+ years of overall experience in the field.
- Experience with A/B testing platforms and toolkits for at least 5 years.
- Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and Azure Dev Ops for at least 7 years.
- Strong background in Online/Digital UX and eCommerce best practices.
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Digital marketing degree.
- Front-end development knowledge.
- Industry experience with A/B testing.

- Operational responsibilities including sprint planning and Kanban maintenance.
