- Role Summary: As a mid-level contractor, you will play a crucial role in managing planning and prioritization for all business requests from an engineering standpoint. Your contributions will have a significant impact on the company's operations and success.

4. Key responsibilities
- Manage planning and prioritization for business requests from an engineering standpoint
- Contribute to key projects related to planning and prioritization
- Attend meetings and work on projects/workstreams
- Capture requirements from sales and marketing stakeholders and document them
- Build and lead executive presentations
- Conduct data analysis using tools such as SQL, PowerBI, and Excel
- Facilitate workshops to define future state scenarios across the partner/seller journey
- Review partner pain points and integrate feedback into analysis and prioritization
- Write business requirement documents and ensure stakeholder alignment
- Co-create OKRs with business teams to improve digital partner experience
- Collaborate with technical leadership to review technical architecture and design
- Assist in building proof of concepts for scenario validation

5. Experience required for success
- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications: 5-7 years of overall experience in the field, experience with portfolio management, data analysis, and executive presentation preparation. Azure DevOps Management, stakeholder management, synthesis of business strategies, requirements gathering, and workshop facilitation.
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Familiarity building GTM strategies, experience in planning & portfolio management across large organizations, technical depth in AI terminology and concepts.
