- Manage execution of one-time email projects

- Review and optimize transactional email content for clarity and accuracy
- Create comprehensive records of email content, logic, and best practices
- Produce monthly project request status report email

- Miscellaneous projects as appropriate

5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?
- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
  - 8+ years of general marketing experience
  - 8+ years of project management experience
  - 5+ years of CRM/email experience
  - Strong familiarity with transactional email and CAN-SPAM Act guidelines
  - Excellent oral and written communication skills
  - Ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities and deadlines
  - Familiarity with email processes in large companies
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  - Familiarity with SQL relational tables
  - Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JSON, and C# (.NET)
  - Great attention to detail

- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  - Experience with Azure Dev Ops for project workflow
