- Role Summary: As a Mid-Level Technical Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the release of new software processes into data centers and operations teams. You will contribute to replacing key software across multiple data centers, ensuring smooth operations and driving innovation.

4. What are the key responsibilities?
- Responsibilities and Duties:
   - Drive programs/projects from initiation to delivery.
   - Interface with clients on technical and business issues.
   - Create and review functional specifications for implementation decisions.
   - Provide technical and analytical information to Product Managers and Product Unit Managers.
   - Organize cross-functional activities to ensure on-time and within-budget completion of projects.
   - Provide program/project schedules and status reports.
   - Coordinate with stakeholders and manage backlogs effectively.

5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?
- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
   - Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management.
   - Minimum 10+ years of experience with Azure DevOps or backlog management tools.
   - Minimum 10+ years of technical background and engineering knowledge.

- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
   - Experience in successfully delivering projects from conception to delivery.
   - Experience with large multinationals and complex projects.
