- Role Summary: As a Technical
Instructional Designer, you will work closely with Curriculum Managers and
trainers to identify business needs and develop training solutions. You will
design and develop e-learning courseware, including interactive content and
supporting materials, while collaborating with subject matter experts and
external trainers.

- Responsibilities and Duties:
- Identify business needs and propose training solutions.
- Assess the needs of target audiences and adapt training materials
accordingly.
- Design and develop interactive and engaging e-learning courseware
using authoring tools.
- Create supporting materials such as slides, handouts, and lab
instructions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to incorporate their expertise
into training programs.
- Stay updated with technology-related information and available
programs.
- Maintain awareness of external seminars and training options.
- Follow instructional design methodologies to create learning-centered
programs.
- Ensure client needs are met through effective communication and
collaboration.
5. What experience are we looking
for to drive success?
- MUST-Have Skills and
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of work experience in instructional design.
- Experience in needs assessment and task analyses.
- Development of performance-based learning programs for diverse
audiences.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, especially Articulate
Storyline and Rise.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Master's or other formal education in Instructional Design preferred.
- Preferred Skills and
Qualifications:
- Experience with AI platforms and 3D modeling.
- Knowledge or experience in major technologies such as database design
and development, networking, etc.
