Program Manager – US - Remote

MEDiSTRAVA, the specialized services team within Inizio Medical, brings together best-in-class expertise from across medical affairs, market access, patient engagement, digital innovation and analytics, real world evidence generation and HEOR, and corporate communications to provide fully integrated strategic support for our biopharma partners from start-up to commercialization and beyond.  We are growing and are looking for a highly motivated individual, with excellent program management and communication skills, and strong experience of working within healthcare consultancy to join our team.

As an integral part of the Specialized Services  team, you will be a seasoned program manager experienced in the setup and management of third-party programs (CME, market research, etc). This role will be responsible for developing and coordinating program deliverables, including:
timelines, project status reports, financial tracking/reporting, and management of budgets . You will interface with internal teams, clients, external experts, and vendors. Program Managers ensure all project elements are implemented according to objectives, specifications, on schedule and on budget. You will be comfortable working autonomously and across global time zones. 

To succeed you will have:

  • Excellent Project Management skills
  • Experience in third-party program management in a healthcare setting
  • The ability to manage internal and external stakeholder expectations
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Therapy area experience in oncology, immunology, or obesity
  • Financial understanding – the ability to monitor and track budgets.
  • A flair for working well within a team with strong written and verbal communication skills
    .

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations.
