Join our dynamic, cross-functional team responsible for managing local production activities in Türkiye. We work closely with suppliers, customers, supply chain, sourcing, business control, and lead-site functions to ensure that locally manufactured products meet customer demand, are delivered within the required lead times and budget, and comply with Ericsson and applicable international standards.
As we expand our local production scope across selected products in our portfolio, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to join us on this journey. This role offers valuable exposure to supply chain management, electronics manufacturing, production technology, regulatory compliance, and project execution.
You will succeed in this role by analyzing requirements, prioritizing activities, following through in a structured and persistent way, and building effective relationships with stakeholders. Most importantly, we are looking for someone with a strong learning mindset, curiosity, and the motivation to grow with the team.
What you will do
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the key processes, stakeholders, and requirements related to local production.• Support planning, coordination, and governance activities for localization projects.• Monitor regulatory requirements and relevant updates affecting local production.• Drive certification activities end to end, including Capacity Reports, Industrial Registry Certificates, and Local Product Certificates, in coordination with the relevant authorities and stakeholders.• Perform assigned activities across Supply Chain Management, Production Technology, and Order and Delivery Management for new projects.• Coordinate project and product execution by tracking activities, orders, shipments, risks, and issues.• Coordinate issue resolution with suppliers and lead-site functions, and provide clear, timely progress updates.• Maintain accurate documentation, calculations, records, as well as orderly archiving for reference and audit purposes as well as action logs, and status reporting for assigned tasks.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish.• Technical aptitude, analytical thinking, and a structured approach to problem-solving.• Ability to analyze requirements, prioritize effectively, and follow tasks through to completion.• Strong collaboration and stakeholder-management skills.• A results-oriented and customer-focused mindset.• Practical knowledge of IT or telecommunications project management, integration management, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related field is an advantage.• A proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.• Ability to work in Istanbul, Türkiye, with travel to the production site as required.
