Project Engineer: This is where you come in.

We’re seeking Project Engineers who thrive in a team environment, working alongside both office and field employees to deliver large-scale projects. Whether you’re creatively tackling the challenges of renovating an existing system or helping a brand-new building come to life, you’ll play a key role in driving project success. The Project Engineer role reports to one of our Senior Project Managers and is part of a collaborative team handling a variety of high-impact projects. This highly visible position offers the opportunity to engage with all levels and functions across the organization, making a meaningful impact on our growing business.

Top 3 things to deliver in the first year to be a hero:

  • Master HVAC and Plumbing Systems – Deepen your expertise by studying HVAC and plumbing systems and learning from the highly skilled professionals around you.
  • Support Project Execution – Assist with preparing subcontracts, purchase orders, project correspondence, field questions, and job write-ups to understand the full lifecycle of a building project.
  • Manage Scheduling and Logistics – Oversee job progress by tracking equipment and material deliveries to ensure projects stay on schedule.

Benefits

Compensation: $83,000 to $108,000 Annually

MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions presently provides employee coverage for:
