The Multi-Domain Operations Division at Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSS) is looking for you to join our team as a Manager Project Management Level 2. The team is looking for a strong project manager in support of a restricted program that is manufacturing, deploying, and integrating astronomical domes across multiple OCONUS sites.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years’ experience OR a Master’s degree and 6 years’ experience in program integration and/or program management
• Active TS/SCI clearance at time of application and ability to maintain Special Program Access
• Must have experience leading a team
• Must have experience interfacing with General Contractors on construction projects
• Must have experience with cost and schedule responsibility > $5M
• Must be CAM certified, with EVMS experience
• Must have experience with cost estimation for proposals, including Basis of Estimate (BOE) generation
• Must have experience with Factory Acceptance Tests and Site Acceptance Tests
• Must have experience managing multiple subcontractors
• Must have experience in IMS development
• Available for travel up to 50%, with OCONUS assignments as long as 4 weeks
• Experience with civils, facility design, and property handover process per USG (DD 1354) and DD250 system handover procedure

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Capture leadership experience
• Radome/dome install experience
• Demonstrated understanding of program risks, opportunity, and issue management process

Primary Level Salary Range: $133,100.00 - $199,700.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
