In this role, you will work closely with clients to design and implement advanced solutions in IT governance, security, data management, applications, and compliance. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that client projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities
- Manage multiple Salesforce Commerce projects concurrently, ensuring that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Communicate with clients to understand their business needs and provide regular project updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and testers, to ensure that project requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budget estimates.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, and work with key stakeholders to develop contingency plans.
- Ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and advice to clients and internal teams.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management
- 2-3 years experience with Salesforce Commerce.
- Experience working in the telecommunications industry preferred.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of IT governance, security, data management, applications, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Salesforce certification preferred.
