As a Project Manager at Teamrfs, you will be instrumental in planning, executing, and overseeing projects that align with our mission of empowering individuals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
## Key Responsibilities
* Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
* Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
* Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
* Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
* Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
* Report and escalate to management as needed.
* Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
## Qualifications
* 0-5 years of experience in project management, project planning, or program management.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
