Project Recruiter Lead

Join Centific's dynamic recruitment team and play a vital role in fueling our cutting-edge AI projects! As a Project Recruiter Lead, you'll be at the forefront of talent acquisition, connecting skilled contingent workers with our innovative AI enablement initiatives across 150+ locales worldwide.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Project Recruiter Manager, you'll be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle of contingent workers for our AI projects. Your key responsibilities include:

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, distributing projects and markets based on individual strengths and priorities.
  • Manage team workload, ensuring efficient and effective sourcing operations.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Talent Sourcing & Management:

  • Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates from our OneForma pool to meet specific project demands.
  • Collaborate with the Global Sourcing, Vendor Management and CTA teams to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Qualify our global community of collaborators by screening and selecting suitable candidates for both remote and onsite positions in our AI data projects.
  • Identify and monitor top performers in specific AI job types and promote retention initiatives.

Recruitment Process Management:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from application tracking to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates.
  • Request and assign qualification tests, to candidates.
  • Negotiate competitive rates for candidates, aligning with project requirements and market standards and company goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
  • Manage to process and archive collaboration agreements efficiently.

Stakeholder Communication & Process Improvement:

  • Provide regular updates to the Project Recruitment Manager on project progress and recruitment metrics.
  • Gather and analyse feedback on the internal sourcing and screening process, and propose improvements to tools and procedures.
  • Create and manage recruitment dashboards to track key performance indicators.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a recruitment or talent acquisition setting.
  • 2+ years of experience and leading teams.
  • Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for contingent workers.
  • Strong understanding of the AI industry and related roles (a plus).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing recruitment dashboards.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Salary: $120K/Annum
