What’s the Opportunity?

Anchor QEA is seeking a detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to join our service-oriented, collaborative Client Experience Team. In this role, you will support Proposal Managers and business development leaders in developing high-quality proposals and statements of qualification. You will help gather, organize, input, refine, and finalize proposal content, ensuring that each submittal is accurate, responsive, consistent with our brand, and delivered on time. This position does not offer relocation assistance.

 

Responsibilities:

Support the delivery of high-quality competitive pursuits and statements of qualification (SOQs), which includes the following:

  • Assist with preparing proposal outlines, templates, and formats that respond to client requirements and evaluation criteria
  • Develop and maintain proposal schedules, track assignments, and support multiple concurrent deadlines under the direction of Proposal Managers
  • Coordinate with proposal teams to gather required information and incorporate pursuit messaging, content, graphics
  • Prepare and refine proposal content, including tailored resumes, standard company information, project descriptions, forms, and other marketing collateral as needed
  • Format, proofread, and perform quality-control reviews of proposal documents for accuracy, consistency, compliance, and brand alignment
  • Coordinate document production, submission requirements, file organization, and proposal closeout activities
  • Maintain and update proposal content, resumes, project descriptions, and opportunity information within company systems and databases
  • Support company-wide business development efforts as needed

 

What Are We Looking For?

Ideal candidates will have the following: 

  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and Adobe PDF and InDesign
  • Working knowledge of A/E/C industry marketing fundamentals, terminology, and proposal processes
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong eye for formatting consistency and the ability to accurately quality-check large volumes of data, documents, and compliance checklists while managing competing deadlines
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with competing deadlines
  • Ability to support interview preparation by coordinating materials, presentations, schedules, and team logistics
  • Working knowledge of company brand implementation and QA/QC processes
  • Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) experience, copyediting experience, and knowledge of database concepts is desired
  • Experience supporting SF330 submittals and familiarity with the federal procurement process is preferred
  • Unanet (formerly Cosential) CRM experience is preferred
  • Must be detail-oriented, team-oriented, flexible, reliable, and highly responsive to internal clients and to other members of the Client Experience team

Education/Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of relevant A/E/C experience required

Salary and Other Compensation:

  • Salary Range: $88,276 - $98,210
  • Annual Bonus
  • Other potential bonus types: Billable Time Bonus, Spot Bonus, Milestone Anniversary Bonus, Receiving Professional License/Certification Bonus, Peer-reviewed Publication Bonus, Employee Referral Bonus.

 

Base Level Benefits for Regular Full-Time Positions:

  • Healthcare: Medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D insurance
  • Paid Company and Floating Holidays: 7 paid company and 2 floating holidays annually
  • Vacation: 2 weeks accrued paid vacation based on length of service. Vacation may vary by level.
