Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. Following the mass increase in depression and anxiety, the need for accessibility is more important than ever. To make our vision for mental healthcare a reality, we’re building a team of entrepreneurs and mission-driven go-getters. Since launching in February 2021, we’ve empowered more than ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and insurance landscape. We’ve raised more than $328Mm in funding, including our Series D, at a $3B valuation from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, Menlo Ventures, Goldman Sachs Alternatives, and others.
The Provider Growth Associate position is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a provider-facing sales role, enjoys connecting with people, and is motivated by clear goals and measurable impact. You'll be backed by AI-powered tools and coaching infrastructure that let you focus on the provider relationship rather than the busy work. You'll be part of a high-performing team that's scaling Grow Therapy's community of mental health providers across the country.
What You'll Be Doing:
Serve as the main point of contact for prospective providers, offering strategic business guidance to support them in opening and growing their private practices.
Deeply understand Grow's mission, value proposition, and platform to tailor your approach to each provider's needs.
Manage a high-volume pipeline of prospective providers, completing 5-6+ meetings per day, while customizing your approach based on license type, stage in practice, and location.
Work alongside AI-powered tools that surface which providers to prioritize, generate call insights and coaching feedback, and automate follow-up nurture — so your time goes toward the conversations that matter most, not manual list-building or tedious task queues
Maintain strong meeting-to-activation conversion as volume increases — this role requires balancing speed with the same quality bar that's earned Grow's reputation with providers.
Provide excellent customer service and timely follow-ups to ensure a smooth onboarding journey, even while managing a growing pipeline.
Cultivate meaningful relationships with providers, earning their trust and enthusiasm for joining the Grow provider network
Uphold provider vetting and disqualification standards- completing playbooks and documentation promptly so quality doesn't erode as volume goes up.
Consistently meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs, including meetings complete, activation, conversion targets, and personal growth goals.
You'll Be a Good Fit If:
You're deeply passionate about mental health and excited to help providers build their own practice and expand access to care.
You're organized, detail-oriented, and thrive when managing a full daily meeting schedule and a robust sales pipeline
You have a proven ability to manage and convert a high volume of inbound leads in a fast-paced environment, without sacrificing quality or conversion rate as volume grows.
You're comfortable working in an AI-enabled environment — you'll have real-time dashboards, call scoring/coaching feedback, and automated nurture workflows supporting you, and you're excited to lean on those tools to better enable your work
You adapt well to change and enjoy learning new systems, processes, and tools — this role will evolve as our operating model matures.
You're collaborative, coachable, and excited to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
Bonus: You have prior experience in a customer-facing or sales role, particularly in healthcare or SaaS.
