As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Renewed Vision, you will play a key role in delivering the highest quality products to our users by testing new and existing functionality and troubleshooting test results throughout the software release cycle. You will work closely with the development team to accurately report defects and validate fixes in a timely manner. Your knowledge and expertise will contribute to developing testing workflows and processes that ensure the delivery of software that meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform testing on existing and new functionality, following established standards and processes to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
  • Generate new and update existing test cases to increase testing coverage, and maintain alignment with current behavior of the software.
  • Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and correctly identify issues.
  • Report issues in a timely manner with clear and concise communication.
  • Drive continual improvement by developing and inspiring others with innovative ideas to maximize quality and efficiency of processes and workflows.
  • Promote a team-first culture by encouraging collaboration, celebrating shared successes, and staying aligned to meet commitments and goals.
  • Maintain proficiency with Renewed Vision’s core products, services, and integrations.
  • Lead with humility and integrity to elevate others and empower each person to continue to learn, grow and be their best.

Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of ProPresenter and its expected behaviors.
  • Prior experience in Quality Assurance or similar field.
  • Experience with test management (such as TestRail) and issue-tracking tools (such as Jira).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within the framework of a team.
