Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholders in analysis of process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of complex problems and drive implementation of preventive and corrective actions
- Conduct research, compile and analyze performance reports and process control statistics to continuously improve process capability and operational outcomes
- Prepare, maintain and deploy quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are met
- Lead multi-function and multi-site teams to develop and implement company directives and quality processes that meet program and regulatory requirements
- Develop coordinated responses for management review to meet program quality requirements
- Drive data visualization and reporting: create/update Tableau dashboards, automate routine reports, and present actionable insights to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Work under general to minimal direction, managing priorities, timelines and cross-functional communications
- Conducts hardware, software and system level audits to determine compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements and reports results to management
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
- 3+ years of experience in collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited program
- Experience with AS9001: International Aerospace QMS Standards
- Experience with ISO9001: International QMS Standards
- Experience with the Boeing Problem Solving Model (BPSM) and/or Systematic Problem Solving
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
