Receptionist Job Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls

  • Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area

  • Assist customers with basic dealership inquiries

  • Support sales, service, and administrative departments as needed

  • Manage incoming mail, packages, and dealership communications

  • Help maintain customer records and dealership databases

  • Perform general clerical and administrative duties

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office software

  • Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
