What’s on offer?

We wish to complement our existing team with an experienced Receptionist/ Office Administrator within our Fulton Hogan Utilities business based in Dulwich, SA. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to drive your career further by leveraging your relevant industry experience, with excellent employee benefits and pathways for further growth.

This role will also support basic accounts payable functions, such as invoice processing and supplier queries. Previous experience in this area would be an advantage, but training will be provided for the right candidate.

In this role you'll be responsible for:

  • Operating telephone switchboard appropriately and managing incoming calls and messages professionally while demonstrating customer service skills

  • Attending reception as required and positively welcoming visitors

  • Performing routine word processing and clerical functions

  • Accurately sorting and distributing incoming mail and deliveries. Storing safely at all times in accordance with WHS

  • Ensuring all kitchen, meeting rooms and boardroom facilities are maintained as required

  • Completing other reasonable general office and accounting duties as required.

How you'll connect to the role:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role

  • Proficient user of the Microsoft Office Suite

  • High-level attention to detail, strong written and verbal communicator with excellent time management skills

  • Proven ability to develop, engage and foster relationships at all levels of an organisation

  • Experience using JDE desirable

  • Accounts or Administrative qualifications desirable
