Join a busy, fast-paced office with a collaborative team environment. We are seeking a professional and organized Office Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while supporting daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner

  • Operate a multi-line phone system, answer incoming calls, and direct callers to appropriate personnel

  • Support general office coordination and administrative tasks

  • Maintain an organized and welcoming front office environment

  • Assist team members with day-to-day operational needs

Pay Range: $19.28 - $25.70 Hourly
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
