- Greet and direct visitors to relevant personnel

- Coordinate outgoing and incoming conference calls
- Issue and collect employment application forms while maintaining the application flow log
- Support additional duties as requested by supervisor
Required Qualifications
Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Ability to listen to and interpret customer needs
- Ability to operate a telephone console
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
- Knowledge of personal computer operation and software applications such as MS Word and Excel
- Telephone work experience
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
