$20.00 and $33.10. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. How You'll Make an Impact
- Coordinate and schedule interviews to keep the hiring process moving smoothly
- Create and route job requisitions for approval to ensure proper workflow
- Serve as a backup to Recruiters by processing and administering hiring documents when needed
- Initiate background checks and monitor reports to ensure timely onboarding
- Maintain applicant files and ensure records are compliant with company policies and laws
- Collaborate with Recruiters to support company-wide Talent Acquisition services and initiatives
- Provide ad hoc reports and support for special projects as requested by Recruiters or HR Leaders

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
Experience
- 2+ years of experience providing recruiting, human resources or administrative support
Skills
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage confidential information
- Ability to interact at all levels of the organization with professionalism and diplomacy
- Sound judgment, ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Prior ATS experience preferred
