About the Role:
Recruiting Manager to oversee the Provider Network Development recruiting team, implement innovative hiring strategies and collaborate with leadership to fulfill the organization’s talent needs. This role requires a strategic thinker who is passionate about building successful teams, cultivating a dynamic workplace, and to ensure an adequate network of skilled mental health providers.

This role can be carried out from our Burlingame, CA headquarters, hybrid, or fully remote/virtually. Remote candidates must be physically located within the United States.
Responsibilities
- Leverages data in collaboration with internal stakeholders, including Clinical Strategy and Operations, to influence recruiting strategy and interview process.
- Manage Provider Recruitment Operations to improve program scalability and efficiency in alignment with program and company goals.
- Analyze talent market trends and develop recruiting strategies to positively impact the direction of your immediate team, as well as the broader recruiting department.
- Establish yourself as a strong people manager who mentors, develops, and holds team members accountable for achieving goals.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant recruiting experience
- Prior recruiting management experience required
- Able to think strategically about the future state of Lyra’s provider network and recommend appropriate recruitment strategy
- Able to effectively navigate the unknown that comes with a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strategic partner to other recruiting leaders, clinical operations, clinical quality and other stakeholdersBuilds, empowers, inspires, and leads recruiting team to hit recruiting goals consistently
- Strong analytical skills in gathering data, tracking productivity, reporting to stakeholders and making data-driven decisions
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
