About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Regional Execution Leader (Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant) in the National Branch Network, as part of Consumer Banking and Lending (CBL).
This role functions as a senior advisor to the Regional Branch Network Executive, accountable for enabling disciplined adoption of national strategies, routines, and initiatives that drive growth, elevate customer experience, and improve field performance. The role partners with field leaders and regional partners to translate strategy into action, strengthen leadership routines, and reduce execution risk across the National Branch Network. #REL
In this role, you will:
  • Partner with the Regional Executive and key stakeholders to drive disciplined execution of regional growth, customer experience, and performance priorities aligned to national expectations
  • Serve as a strategic execution advisor, providing objective insight on execution effectiveness, performance outcomes, risks, and leadership readiness
  • Translate national strategies into clear expectations, leadership routines, inspection methods, and success metrics
  • Guide prioritization and sequencing of initiatives by assessing execution capacity, leader readiness, and field impact
  • Partner with Finance to prepare monthly, quarterly, and group business reviews by synthesizing materials, reporting and insights into concise, execution-focused narratives and executive talking points
  • Monitor progress against Regional Executive and District Manager commitments, advising on integration into leadership routines and follow-through
  • Identify execution themes, risks, performance gaps, and leading indicators through reviews, leader routines, field observations, and data validation
  • Reinforce consistent execution of the Behavior Framework, Management Cycle, and required leadership routines to reduce execution variability and support sustained outcomes
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 5+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • Understanding of the behavior framework, the management cycle, and how it ties to business growth and branch performance
  • Program management, operations, or enterprise transformation initiatives experience
  • Experience influencing and consulting with senior leadership and stakeholders through clear, data-driven analysis, providing insights and recommendations
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to identify reporting gaps and trends
  • Experience successfully supporting and collaborating with geographically dispersed teams while navigating a highly matrixed environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of banking industry laws and regulations, compliance, controls, risk management and loss prevention
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging effectively for diverse audiences at all organizational levels.
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 experience, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Copilot.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$139,000.00 - $217,000.00
