Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter with 5+ years of recruiting experience to join our team. This is a commission-only 1099 contractor role for the first 90 days, with opportunities to renew or transition to W-2 employment offering salary, benefits, and bonuses.
Tasks
Responsibilities
• Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates for corporate roles.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and promote our employer brand
Requirements
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years recruiting experience (corporate or agency).
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• HR experience is a plus but not required.
