Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting:
  • Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online research.
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and digital channels.
  • Prequalify leads by gathering essential information and determining fit with company offerings.

Sales & Relationship Building:
  • Present and sell virtual support services to prospective customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
  • Handle objections and close deals with confidence and persuasion.

Market & Data Management:
  • Track sales metrics and maintain accurate records in CRM software (e.g., Acumatica).
  • Monitor industry trends and stay updated on competitor activities.
  • Provide valuable feedback and insights to the sales and leadership teams.


Requirements
Experience:
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or virtual services.
  • Experience with lead generation and cold calling is a strong plus.

Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Confident in presenting and selling over the phone and via video calls.
  • Results-driven and able to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Analytical mindset to identify opportunities and optimize outreach strategies.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Acumatica preferred) and data entry.
