  • Collaborate with retail buyers, merchandising, and marketing teams to plan and execute impactful launch campaigns, promotions, and co-branded initiatives
  • Own the Channel Marketing budget, ensuring efficient spend allocation across campaigns, materials, and retailer programs.
  • Partner with internal teams (sales, creative, operations) to deliver all launch assets on time and to spec
  • Lead cross-functional project timelines for all retail launches, ensuring seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders
  • Analyze and report on the performance of retail channel marketing initiatives, using insights to refine future launches and maximize impact
  • Stay ahead of trends in home decor and retail, adapting strategies to position Ruggable competitively in a dynamic market
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with retail partners, serving as the primary contact for all marketing-related activities

What You'll Need to Have:

  • Experience with home décor or lifestyle product launches

  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder, able to work cross-functionally and influence both internal teams and external partners
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with planogramming, visual merchandising, or retail analytics tools
  • Track record of bringing new brands or product lines to market across multiple retailer types

Compensation:

  • $130,000 - $160,000 per year base salary

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
