Position Overview 

As a Revenue Enablement, Continued Education Associate, you will provide essential support to the Revenue Enablement team in developing and implementing comprehensive product enablement for our sellers and customer success managers both in the U.S. and regional teams. Your role will focus on demo site and sandbox creation for our products, supporting content development, maintaining learning resources, and assisting with program evaluation. You will help ensure our customer-facing teams continuously develop their product knowledge and skills to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional value to clients.  

Key Responsibilities 

Enablement Coordination & Support 

  • Support demo sites and sandbox requests and creation for the Renaissance product suite
  • Support live product enablement and track key participation metrics and completions
  • Support Program Manager with logistics for continued education activities, including scheduling, communications, facilitator preparation, and resource allocation
  • Act as a point of contact for team members, providing guidance on available demo sites, enablement resources, and learning paths
  • Maintain and update trackers; communicate with participants and leaders to ensure proper engagement with learning initiatives
  • Troubleshoot enablement-related issues, such as platform access and content availability 

Content Management & Organization 

  • Support the Program Manager in organizing and maintaining product demo sites and enablement resources in designated platforms (e.g., Saleo, Highspot, Canvas LMS), ensuring materials are accessible and up-to-date
  • Assist in cataloging and categorizing enablement content to facilitate easy access for stakeholders
  • Help prepare and update enablement materials, including presentations, job aids, and digital resources
  • Assist in gathering and synthesizing product information from various teams for inclusion in enablement materials 

Program Support & Facilitation 

  • Support enablement sessions by coordinating facilitators, preparing materials, and ensuring smooth session delivery
  • Moderate and co-facilitate portions of enablement sessions as needed
  • Collect and organize feedback from participants in tandem with the Program Manager to continuously improve enablement content and delivery methods
  • Assist in analyzing enablement metrics and generating reports on program effectiveness 

Qualifications & Skills 

  • 1-3 years of experience in enablement, instructional design, content management, or a related field, ideally supporting Sales teams
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally and across time zones
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS), specifically Canvas LMS, is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation software
  • Detail-oriented mindset with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to translate product information into organized content structures
  • A proactive approach to work, ready to take initiative and contribute ideas for improving enablement effectiveness
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with equivalent experience 

Success in this Role Means 

  • Supporting the Program Manager in delivering high-quality product enablement that meets the needs of revenue teams
  • Ensuring enablement logistics run smoothly and participants have positive learning experiences
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of enablement materials and processes
  • Building positive relationships with cross-functional team members
  • Helping to maintain well-organized, accessible, and current enablement resources 

Additional Information - This is a 12 month contract position paid at $31/hr.
