About AGent Energy

AGent is building the leading software platform to optimize distributed generation resources — turning energy liabilities into reliable, monetizable assets. We bring AI to the aggregation, orchestration, and monetization of distributed generation in wholesale and retail power markets, delivering meaningful reliability, economic, and sustainability benefits to commercial, institutional, and industrial energy users, utilities, and grid operators.

We move fast, think big, and operate with a lean, high-trust team. Every hire matters here.

About the role

We believe in data-driven decision making. In this role, you will be driving data collection, validation and reporting in pursuit of accelerating customer success and growth. As our Revenue Operations Associate, you will support sales, customer success, and ops by keeping their processes, systems, and data running smoothly. All three run on HubSpot, and the rest of the company relies on what comes out of it.

You will work side by side with our Revenue Operations Manager. You will start by owning data quality and recurring reporting while supporting HubSpot builds. As you grow, you will take on more tool rollouts and process design.

Responsibilities

  • Own data quality: Find and resolve duplicate companies and contacts, clean up and consolidate fields, and run ongoing hygiene so people can trust what they see in HubSpot.
  • Own recurring reporting: Build and maintain reports (new leads, closed won data, lead conversion rates, and more) and get them to the teams that need them.
  • Build in HubSpot: Create workflows, fields, and reports from requests, and document what you build.
  • Build with AI: Create skills and AI workflows that save teams time, and help us test new AI and sales tools.
  • Handle requests: Field day-to-day HubSpot requests from sales, customer success, and ops (record updates, property fixes, list and view changes), and follow up with reps when deal or contact details need confirming.
  • Help teammates learn: Help sales and other teammates get comfortable with new HubSpot features and processes.
  • Pitch in on brand: May occasionally support brand and content work as the company grows.

Tools you will work in: HubSpot, Claude, Slack, Google Workspace, and ZoomInfo.

Qualifications

  • You have used AI tools to solve a real problem at work or school, and can walk us through how.
  • You are comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • You have worked with data in a CRM, database, SQL, or similar, and can explain something you found in it.
  • You try something first, then bring us what you tried and where you got stuck. You ask good questions when something is not clear.
  • You can explain things clearly to non-technical teammates, including sales reps.
  • You can juggle several requests at once and prioritize what matters most.
  • You have a bachelor's degree and 0 to 2 years of experience. New grads, and SDRs or customer success folks moving into ops, are welcome.

Nice to have: HubSpot experience, a math, data, or business background, interest in energy.

Your First 90

  • Learn our HubSpot setup and data model
  • Take over the duplicate company cleanup
  • Run recurring reports
  • Build your first time-saving workflow with us, in HubSpot or with AI (like a Claude skill or automation that helps the team)

Why AGent

  • Contribute to solving a critical problem in the United States!
  • Learn directly from a manager who has a line to leadership and the board
  • See how sales, customer success, and ops work, and where they connect
  • Own real projects early, starting with data quality and reporting
  • Help shape how we do things from day one
  • Work with the newest, best tools, including AI
  • Weekly 1:1s and a structured first 90 days

Where this goes: As you learn the business, you will take on more ownership and become a thought partner on how we run revenue operations

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary, performance bonus, and early-stage equity
  • 100% employer-paid Health, Dental, and Vision premiums for full-time employees
  • Two health plan options: traditional plan with FSA, or HDHP with company-funded HSA
  • Basic Term Life Insurance + voluntary insurance options
  • Flexible PTO
  • Fully remote — work from anywhere in the U.S.
  • Direct access to the founding team and real ownership of your work from day one
  • A front-row seat to the energy transition

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
