About the Position

The Revenue Operations Manager’s (ROM) primary objective is to help the organization drive profitable growth through creating and managing scalable processes that ensure best practices in full-cycle Marketing and Sales Operations from Lead Management through to closed opportunities. 


The role includes data entry, data analysis, basic CRM system maintenance, report & dashboards creation, as well as providing marketing automation, Lead Generation & Sales Ops support. The ROM will work cross departmentally and will engage senior management on a regular basis to support Sales Operations such as pipeline analysis, reporting and optimization. 


Functions
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and main point of contact for all Commercial requests and issues related to Salesforce HubSpot and every other integrated component of Kenco’s Technology Stack.
  • Work with Demand and Lead Generation to orchestrate digital marketing acquisition and nurture programs 
  • Create and maintain user access profiles and privileges, to include but not limited to, unlocking user accounts, resetting passwords, Single Sign-On (SSO), two-factor authentication, whitelisting IP addresses, transferring record ownership, deactivating access as personnel changes occur, and addressing certificate problems 
  • Establish and maintain best-in-class reporting (including ad hoc reports) and dashboards capturing key metrics, to show Marketing and Sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact 
  • Analyze Marketing and Sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization to drive business growth 
  • Provide training and documentation to ensure accurate data entry into Salesforce and other integrated systems 
  • Prepare data files and upload data into Salesforce using the data loader and other 3rd party tools. 
  • Commercial Department's point person to deploy new system functionality including the creation of custom objects, custom formulas, scalable triggers, and workflows   
  • Develop and maintain training materials and train users on how to create or modify existing reports so meaningful metrics can be accessed accurately and in a timely manner 
  • Troubleshoot email campaigns, workflows, approval cycles, or autoresponders that generate excessive bounced mails 
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within the Marketing and Sales databases, as well as list maintenance and new data acquisitions 
  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize Marketing and Sales team performance 
  • Standardize, streamline and automate employee collaboration processes 
  • Train Marketing and Sales groups on CRM and MarTech software platform functions and processes 
  • Oversee implementation and deployment of Salesforce modules (Example: Salesforce Agentforce)  
  • Direct Kenco’s (3rd Party) Salesforce Managed Services Provider, for ad-hoc and other CRM development work 
  • Other applicable duties as assigned 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field ​or equivalent years of experience required. Equivalent years of experience is defined as one year of professional experience for each year of college requested​ 
  • 6 - 8 years of experience functioning as an administrator of a system within Sales and Marketing required; specific Salesforce experience preferred 
  • Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified preferred 
  • Proficient with Marketing Automation Software, ideally HubSpot
  • Ability to translate business needs into appropriate requirements and support those processes to the satisfaction of the end user 
  • Ability to create and document workflows, custom views, formula fields and other content of intermediate complexity 
  • Strong analytical skills, able to draw insights and intelligence from marketing data 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required 
  • Must be proficient at analyzing data, building reporting, and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends 
  • Proficient skills in the Microsoft Office Suite required 
  • Ability to work with data integration (Experience with Pardot, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and/or Dun and Bradstreet (D&B) is preferred) 
  • Strong attention to detail and self-motivated

Travel Requirements
  • This position is expected to travel approximately ​25% or less​. 
  • A passport is not required, but recommended.​
