At Go Nimbly, we want to be a global thought leader in the RevOps space by developing a badass brand built through innovative work created by people with growth mindsets.

A contributing factor to this success will be our ability to deliver best in class architecture and solutions, while also forming a best practice opinion on how SaaS companies should be structuring their infrastructure and defining process for go to market teams. This strategic oversight on our solutions and architecture practices requires well rounded architectural contributors who have seen the pit falls, seen what works, and have a pulse on movements and innovations in the technical land scape.

What you’ll do at Go Nimbly

As a Solutions Architect at Go Nimbly, you’ll be working alongside a team of RevOps Consultants, Program Managers, Developers and Analysts to build best in class solutions and impactful technology roadmaps. You will act as a subject matter expert on the process of scoping, discovery, solutioning, and leading the team through solution and architecture decisions by considering scalability, trade offs, best practice and the latest technology trends.

You’ll be responsible for designing and ensuring quality on solutions that have a greater degree of complexity; this could be because the solution involves integration, has high user or data impact, or has some other technical complexity. You will also act as a point of escalation when there are particularly challenging architectural components to a project that need more experienced input.

You’ll also be responsible for up-leveling the architectural knowledge and skills of the broader consulting team. You will build and maintain a set of architecture and design principles for the business, and help hold teams to account on these principles. You will be seeking out apprenticeship, coaching and mentorship moments in the day to day work with the team. The team will rely on you to be distributing information and news on the latest trends or updates as it relates to Salesforce and the surrounding eco-system.
