Our client is looking for a Sales – BDR to manage warm lead follow-up for a specialized medical services practice. They operate within the healthcare and medical services industry and have experienced consistent growth over recent years by offering patient-focused solutions and modern sales processes.

Responsibilities
  • Follow up with inbound and warm leads via phone, text, and email

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through appointment scheduling

  • Answer questions, address concerns, and guide prospects toward informed decisions

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system

  • Coordinate appointment scheduling and ensure a smooth handoff to internal teams

  • Uphold patient privacy, confidentiality, and trust at all times

  • Communicate professionally and empathetically with prospective patients



Requirements
