Iron Mountain is seeking an empowering Inside Sales Manager to join our Commercial Sales team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to guide and mentor a team of Inside Sales Development Representatives driving key pipeline growth across small-to-midsize business markets. Here, your leadership and coaching expertise will directly shape sales productivity, empower individual talent, and strengthen cross-functional alignment with our field account executives and marketing partners. You will play a pivotal role in accelerating team performance while helping clients protect and activate their information assets.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and Mentor Talent: Provide continuous verbal and written coaching, analyze sales performance metrics, conduct annual appraisals, and implement targeted performance plans to elevate team productivity.

  • Drive Executive Alignment: Partner closely with Vice Presidents, Directors, Managers, and Field Account Executives to refine multi-channel prospecting strategies and closing techniques.

  • Execute Sales Campaigns: Coordinate and deliver cross-functional sales initiatives alongside marketing and operations teams while maintaining high operational standards and activity benchmarks.

  • Optimize Revenue Performance: Manage team quota attainment and pipeline efficiency to consistently hit and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 7+ years of direct sales leadership experience in a services-based industry or equivalent environment.

  • Strong knowledge of Inside Sales operations, small-to-midsize business market dynamics, and multi-channel prospecting strategies.

  • Proven ability in exceeding sales quotas, managing cross-functional campaigns, and developing high-performing sales teams.

  • Exceptional communication skills, ethical professionalism, and willingness to travel up to 10% for training and team meetings.
