About Endless Commerce

Endless Commerce is an AI-powered CommerceOS that helps consumer brands manage the chaos of omnichannel operations. We serve brands scaling from $1M to $500M+ in revenue, providing real-time inventory visibility, EDI and purchase order automation, and supply chain intelligence across DTC, wholesale, marketplaces, and retail channels.

Our clients include brands like Food52, Great Jones, Heyday, Tin Can, Pattern Brands and more-- we're growing fast and our nimble team needs your help keeping up!

The Role

You're hungry, you're scrappy, and you're ready to hustle. This role is all about getting Endless Commerce in front of the right people through outbound prospecting, event networking, and relentless follow-up. You'll send cold emails, attend conferences and dinners, follow up after demos, and generally be the face of Endless Commerce in the field.

What You'll Own
  • Send 100+ high-quality cold emails per week to qualified prospects (brand operators, COOs, founders in our target market)

  • Support our founder through demos, with follow-ups and generally do the behind-the-scenes admin of sales so that our founders can show up to meetings, nail an awesome demo, and then go back to building the product

  • Attend industry events, conferences, dinners, and networking opportunities to generate leads and build relationships

  • Follow up with all demo participants and event attendees to move them through the sales pipeline

  • Conduct initial discovery calls to qualify prospects before handing them off to sales engineers or closing reps

  • Manage outreach campaigns using Hubspot and track all interactions meticulously

  • Build relationships with prospects over time—this is a long sales cycle, so persistence and relationship-building are key

  • Hit monthly and quarterly quotas for meetings booked and qualified opportunities generated

What Success Looks Like
  • Month 1: Complete onboarding, learn the product and target customer inside and out, begin outbound prospecting

  • Month 2-3: Consistently hit activity targets (emails sent, calls made, meetings booked); begin converting meetings to qualified opportunities

  • Month 4+: Regularly exceed quota; become a trusted relationship-builder in the consumer brand community; earn meaningful commission

You're a Great Fit If
  • You have 2-10 years of sales experience

  • You're comfortable with rejection and can handle high-volume outbound prospecting without getting discouraged

  • You're an excellent written and verbal communicator—your cold emails get responses, and your calls get meetings

  • You love networking and aren't intimidated by walking into a room of strangers at an industry event

  • You're coachable and eager to learn—you take feedback well and constantly work to improve your craft

  • You're competitive and money-motivated—you want to earn your commission checks and are willing to put in the work

  • You understand (or can quickly learn) the consumer brand ecosystem and the operational challenges these companies face

Compensation Structure
  • Generous vacation policy and paid time off

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance

  • 401(k) with company match

  • A collaborative culture that values growth and work-life balance

Logistics
  • Full-time, remote position with travel required for events and conferences (approximately 4-6 per year)

  • Remote work between events, but expect to be on the road regularly for dinners, panels, and networking

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
