- Pipeline Generation: Consistently hit and exceed quotas for booking qualified discovery calls and product demos for our Account Executive team.
- Strategic Account Research: Identify target accounts and map out key decision-makers (IT Directors, CIOs, Platform Owners) to personalize outreach effectively.
- Experimentation & Initiative: Proactively design and run experiments on new outreach channels (e.g., video prospecting, creative direct mail), messaging angles, and cadences to find what converts best.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and prospect information within our CRM system.
- Continuous Improvement: Rigorously A/B test outreach messaging and collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine our ideal customer profile (ICP) and value proposition.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline generation targets.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently speak with technical and executive-level prospects.
- Experience using modern sales engagement and intelligence tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- High energy, resilience, and a creative mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, 100% remote setting.
- A growth mindset with a strong desire to learn, adapt, and advance into a closing role (Account Executive).
Nice to Have
- Experience selling into the ServiceNow ecosystem or familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) software.
