Overview
We are seeking a Sales Enablement Intern to join our Sales Onboarding team for the summer. This full-time, paid internship offers an opportunity to contribute to training and enablement initiatives that support our global sales organization.
Your role at Dynatrace
We are looking for an outgoing and confident Computer Science or Communications student (junior or senior level) to assist in sales enablement initiatives with a technical focus. This internship will provide hands-on experience in developing training materials, facilitating technical onboarding, and working closely with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Support sales onboarding initiatives to enhance the readiness and effectiveness of the global sales engineering team.
- Assist in developing and delivering technical training programs for sales engineers and partners.
- Help build a library of technical content, including presentation decks, case studies, and training materials.
- Conduct field research by meeting with sales reps to identify training gaps and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Gather and analyze competitive intelligence to refine product positioning and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing and customer success, to align sales enablement initiatives.
- Assist in managing and maintaining sales enablement tools and technologies.
Minimum Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Communications, Education, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with confidence in presenting and engaging with diverse teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with global teams.
- Technical acumen with an interest in training and enablement within a tech-focused sales environment.
- Must be comfortable learning and utilizing sales enablement tools and Learning Management Systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with public speaking, Toastmasters, or teaching/training roles is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of process mapping and data analysis.
- Interest in pursuing a career in technology, sales, or corporate training.

- Full-time: 40 hours/week
- 10 Weeks: June 8th - August 16th
- Hybrid: 4 days/week in our Denver office and work-from-home on Fridays
