About Givzey | Version2.ai

Join the Future of Autonomous Fundraising!

Givzey | Version2.ai is a fully remote, AI-native company that created the Autonomous Fundraising category in 2024, when it researched, developed, and deployed the world’s first Autonomous AI to address the labor shortage and capacity gap in nonprofit fundraising. Fundraising teams have a finite capacity to reach donors with one-to-one communication, on average leaving 97% of donors to their organization receiving only marketing communications. A labor shortage compounds the problem: even when organizations want to hire more fundraisers, they often can't find them. The result is a significant capacity gap, where teams can't reach large pools of high-potential donors, resulting in important organizations with world-changing missions being unable to fully execute on their visions.

Version2.ai's Virtual Engagement Officers (VEOs) close the labor shortage gap with each VEO independently managing a portfolio of up to 1,000 donors, delivering personalized outreach through text, email, video, and robotically handwritten notes year-round. VEOs don't just make staff more efficient; they manage donor portfolios independently, freeing human fundraisers to focus their time on the highest-value relationships while also closing transformational revenue for these organizations.

VEOs have already generated over $20M in fundraising revenue to date, including individual gifts as large as $100,000, at an opt-out rate of just 0.07%. Organizations deploying a VEO see 4x annual ROI on average, and the top 20% see 8x or higher. More than 250 VEOs are now deployed across higher education, healthcare, and nonprofit organizations in the U.S. and Canada, including UNICEF USA, Bucknell University, Wake Forest University, and William & Mary.

Adam Martel founded Givzey four years ago and leads the company as CEO. He previously founded, scaled, and sold Gravyty, the first company to develop and sell AI-first solutions to nonprofit organizations.

About the Role

Givzey is seeking a high-impact Sales Enablement Manager to scale our go-to-market (GTM) engine and empower our sales and customer-facing teams to operate at peak performance. In this role, you will be the bridge between product, marketing, and sales—equipping Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Account Executives (AEs), and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) with the tools, playbooks, training, and AI-driven workflows needed to accelerate revenue growth.

As our first dedicated Sales Enablement lead, you will build scalable onboarding, certification, and continuous learning programs in a fast-paced, AI-native environment. The ideal candidate thrives on seller coaching, process optimization, and translating complex product capabilities into high-converting customer conversations.

What You'll Own
  • Build and execute comprehensive, role-based onboarding programs to decrease time-to-productivity for new BDRs, AEs, and CSMs.
  • Develop and deliver continuous enablement on product messaging, buyer personas, pitch strategies, and competitive positioning across the nonprofit fundraising sector.
  • Create high-impact sales assets, playbooks, objection-handling guides, battle cards, and prospecting frameworks tailored to key decision-makers.
  • Integrate modern AI tools into daily sales workflows to enhance seller productivity, personalization, and execution speed.
  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership and Revenue Operations to diagnose skill gaps, analyze pipeline metrics, and implement targeted coaching programs.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to lead GTM execution for product launches, feature updates, and campaign rollouts.
  • Establish seller certification programs and call coaching structures using conversational intelligence platforms (e.g., Gong) to drive consistency.
  • Manage and organize the sales content repository to ensure all GTM collateral is accurate, accessible, and up to date.
  • Establish feedback loops between sales, marketing, and product to continuously refine enablement materials based on real-time deal interactions.
  • Define and track enablement KPIs (e.g., ramp time, win rates, content adoption, deal cycle length) to measure and report program impact.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning, peer-to-peer sharing, and operational excellence across the entire GTM organization.
  • Other GTM projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, Revenue Operations, or B2B SaaS Sales.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful onboarding and enablement programs for multi-tier GTM teams (BDRs, AEs, CSMs).
  • Demonstrated proficiency with modern sales tech stacks (e.g., HubSpot, Gong, Salesloft/Outreach, Highspot/Seismic).
  • Strong facilitation, call coaching, and 1-on-1 seller development capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for creating clean, concise, and compelling learning content.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure enablement performance and link initiatives to revenue outcomes.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • High autonomy and self-motivation, capable of driving initiatives from concept to execution in a fully remote company culture.
  • Passion for empowering teams and driving measurable business results through continuous learning.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, AI sales assistants) to optimize sales messaging and workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Direct experience closing deals or prospecting as an AE or BDR in B2B SaaS.
  • Background scaling enablement functions within early-stage to growth-stage startups.
  • Familiarity with nonprofit fundraising, higher education advancement, healthcare philanthropy, or mission-driven sectors.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
