Position Overview

We’re seeking a Sales – Funnel Management Specialist to own, manage, and continuously improve our lead and sales funnel operations using Zoho CRM, ClickFunnels, and related tools.

This is not a cold-calling sales role.
It is a role that sits at the intersection of systems, sales support, and relationship-centered communication.

You’ll be the first line of coordination when a new lead enters our ecosystem—whether through a form, funnel opt-in, webinar, survey, or direct inquiry. Your responsibility is to ensure every lead is:

• Routed correctly
• Followed up thoughtfully
• Tracked accurately
• Supported with the right message at the right time

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, loves CRM systems, and understands that real sales success depends on human connection—not just automation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead & Funnel Management

• Monitor all incoming leads via Zoho CRM, ClickFunnels, website forms, surveys, webinars, and direct inquiries.
• Assign leads to the appropriate team member (sales, success coach, or automation workflow) based on defined criteria.
• Ensure timely, accurate follow-up so no opportunity is missed.
• Track lead status across the funnel and conduct regular audits to prevent lead leakage.
• Maintain clean, accurate CRM data including tagging, lifecycle stages, and attribution.

Automation & CRM Operations

• Build, maintain, and optimize automations using Zoho Campaigns, ClickFunnels, and Zapier.
• Implement tagging structures to track campaign source, behavior, and funnel entry points.
• Test and troubleshoot workflows regularly to ensure smooth transitions between funnel stages.
• Maintain SOPs for lead handling, hand-offs, and system workflows.

Sales Support & Coordination

• Maintain real-time visibility into deal and lead progression within the CRM.
• Manage lead hand-off protocols to ensure warm leads are followed up within defined timeframes.
• Coordinate closely with sales, marketing, partnerships, and operations teams to support high-conversion campaigns.
• Support upsell and post-purchase nurture workflows to extend customer lifetime value.

Reporting & Funnel Optimization

• Provide regular reporting on lead activity, conversion rates, velocity, and drop-off points.
• Build dashboards and performance snapshots in Zoho CRM.
• Identify friction points and recommend improvements to funnels, sequences, or hand-offs.
• Monitor opt-in rates, email engagement, and CTA performance across funnels.

Relationship-Centered Lead Communication & Sales Support

This role carries a clear human expectation, not just a technical one.

You are expected to:
• Treat every lead as a real person with unique goals, challenges, and motivations—not just a CRM record.
• Craft thoughtful, context-aware written correspondence (emails, follow-ups, responses) that reflects our brand voice and builds trust.
• Adapt tone, message, and timing based on lead behavior, stated needs, objections, and engagement signals.
• Communicate directly with leads when appropriate to clarify needs, answer questions, or guide next steps—supporting sales conversations rather than disappearing behind automation.
• Ensure the right message reaches the right person at the right moment, balancing high-touch communication with scalable systems.

This role succeeds when automation supports relationships—not replaces them.

Qualifications

·         Minimum of 3+ years in CRM, sales coordination, or funnel management roles.

·         Deep familiarity with CRM management and related tools (Zoho Campaigns, Forms, etc.).

·         Experience using ClickFunnels, Zapier, and other funnel or automation tools.

·         Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

·         Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to write clear, human, sales-supportive messaging.

·         Highly tech-savvy and confident managing data, automations, and process flows.

·         Ability to work full-time during U.S. business hours (Eastern or Central Time).

·         Prior experience in a digital marketing, consulting, or online education environment is a plus.

Why Join PMO Strategies?

·         Be part of a passionate, high-performing team on a global mission.

·         Work from anywhere with a flexible schedule.

·         Gain direct access to visionary leadership and professional growth opportunities.

·         Help ensure high-value prospects are nurtured and never missed—making a real IMPACT.

And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.
