Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Manager in day to day operations

  • Take ownership of sales operations and team coordination

  • Monitor and quality-check sales chats to ensure consistency and professionalism

  • Assist in onboarding new contractors

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and the funded trader landscape

What We’re Looking For

  • C2 level English for internal communication

  • Proven sales management experience

  • B2C sales background in any industry

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills

  • Confident in both written and verbal client-facing communication

  • Forex trading / financial markets knowledge is a must

  • Familiarity with prop trading, forex, or funded account models is a plus
