What You’ll Do

As a Sales Representative at Acumed, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional support and product expertise in operating rooms and clinical settings.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with surgeons and healthcare teams.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities.
  • Manage account needs, post-sale support, and product education.
  • Serve as a reliable, consultative resource for Acumed’s innovative solutions.

Who You Are - Ideal candidates will bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • For Associate level: 0–2 years of sales experience (medical or related industry preferred).
  • For Representative level: 1–3 years of successful sales experience within the medical device industry (orthopedic preferred).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced clinical environments, including ORs.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively.

Credentialing Required:

The responsibilities of this position include frequent surgery visits/observations. The incumbent will be required to obtain hospital-required credentials.

Target Compensation:

Associate Representatives: $65,000.00– $80,000.00

Experienced Representatives: 100% commission structure - on target earnings typically range from $100,000.00 to $200,000.00 annually, depending on region, individual performance and sales volume.
